01Information we collect
Account information: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile image. We do not receive or store your Google password.
Usage information: the layers you enable, the regions and watchlists you save, and the actions you take in the console, so the product can restore your workspace and improve the layer set.
Billing information: subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We receive a customer identifier, the plan you purchased and the status of the subscription. Full card details never reach our servers.
Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, and error logs used for security, abuse prevention and reliability.
02How we use information
To provide the console, including authentication, layer state, watchlists, alerts and export features.
To manage subscriptions, invoices and refunds through our payment provider.
To secure the service, detect abuse and diagnose faults.
To communicate service changes, security notices and, where permitted, product updates. You can opt out of product updates at any time.
03Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and local storage that are required to keep you signed in, remember your layer preferences and protect forms against cross-site request forgery.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising cookies inside the console.
04Third party data and services
The console displays feeds and imagery published by third parties such as public aviation, maritime, seismic, weather, environmental and satellite programs, as well as commercial data providers.
These providers are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Attribution and source labels are shown wherever the provider requires it.
05Data retention
Account records are retained while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Watchlists, saved regions and alert history are retained so your workspace survives between sessions, and are deleted when you delete your account.
06Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing.

07Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege practices for production systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the service or to legal requirements. Material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date.
