These terms govern your use of godseyeview.lol, operated by Gods Eye View.
By creating an account or using the console you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Gods Eye View is an independent third party monitoring console. It aggregates publicly available feeds, imagery and signals with our own layer and analysis tooling.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by any government, agency or data provider whose products or data appear in the console. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
You must sign in with a Google account you are authorised to use, and you are responsible for activity under that account.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. Taxes are added where required.
Do not use the console to stalk, harass, track identifiable individuals, or to plan or facilitate unlawful activity.
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, resell raw feed data, scrape the service at scale, or use the service to build a competing data product.
Aviation, maritime, hazard and infrastructure layers are for situational awareness only. They must not be used as the sole source for navigation, safety-of-life or operational decisions.
Feeds are provided by third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable. Imagery may be older than its publication date and can be obscured by cloud, smoke or darkness.
We provide the console on an as-is basis without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other users or for the service, or where required by law.
You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from your settings.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised terms.
